Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service to create, publish, host, distribute, or link to any of the following. This list describes the categories we enforce; it is not meant to be exhaustive, and we may act on conduct that is plainly abusive even if it is not named here.

• Illegal activity — Anything that violates applicable law, or that promotes, facilitates, or sells illegal goods, services, or conduct.
• Fraud, scams, and deceptive commerce — Fake storefronts, counterfeit goods, investment or cryptocurrency scams, fake giveaways, pyramid and Ponzi schemes, deceptive claims about products, prices, or affiliations, and any site whose purpose is to take money or data under false pretenses.
• Phishing, malware, and abuse of others' systems — Pages that imitate another service's sign-in, distribute malware or unwanted software, host command-and-control or credential-harvesting infrastructure, or are used to attack, scan, or overload any system.
• Spam and unsolicited messaging — Bulk or unsolicited email, SMS, or contact-form messaging; link farms, doorway pages, cloaking, and sites created primarily to manipulate search rankings or drive traffic to third-party spam.
• Adult and sexual content — Pornography and sexually explicit material, escort or commercial sexual services, and sexualized depictions of minors in any form. Sexual content involving minors is reported to the authorities and results in immediate, permanent removal.
• Impersonation and identity misuse — Presenting yourself as a person, business, government body, or brand you are not authorized to represent, including using another party's name, logo, or trademarks to mislead visitors.
• Hateful, violent, and harassing content — Content that attacks or dehumanizes people based on protected characteristics, incites or glorifies violence, threatens or targets individuals for harassment, or promotes self-harm.
• Infringing content — Text, images, video, code, fonts, or designs you do not have the rights to publish, and content that violates someone's privacy or publicity rights.
• Regulated and high-risk offerings — Weapons and weapon parts, controlled substances, prescription pharmaceuticals, gambling, and similar regulated categories, unless you are properly licensed and the site complies with every law that applies to it.
• Abuse of the service itself — Circumventing usage limits, plan entitlements, or enforcement actions; creating accounts to evade a suspension; automated bulk site creation; reselling or exposing the service in a way that lets third parties publish without agreeing to these rules.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for all content on your sites and for anyone you give access to your account, whether that content was written by you, uploaded by you, or generated with the Service’s AI features. Content produced by an AI feature at your direction is your content under this Policy. You must have the rights to everything you publish, and your sites must comply with the laws that apply to you and to the people you sell to — including consumer-protection, advertising, privacy, and marketing-consent rules.

3. How we enforce this Policy

We screen content when a site is published and we review reports we receive. When we find a violation, we may take any of the following steps, with or without prior notice, depending on how severe and how clear the violation is:

• Block a publish — refuse to take a site live, or refuse to update a live site, until the offending content is removed.
• Remove a site — take a published site offline and prevent it from being re-published until the matter is resolved.
• Suspend or terminate an account — for severe, repeated, or deliberate violations, or for attempts to evade an earlier enforcement action.
• Report to authorities — where the law requires it or where there is a credible risk of harm.

We aim to act proportionately, and for a first, non-severe, apparently accidental violation we will normally tell you what is wrong and give you a chance to fix it. Content that endangers people — especially child sexual abuse material — is removed immediately and permanently, with no notice.

4. Appeals

If we remove your site or suspend your account and you believe we got it wrong, email abuse@ambermark.ai from the address on your account and tell us what you think we misread. We will review it and respond. Reinstatement is at our discretion, and we may require the offending content to be removed first.

5. Reporting abuse

If you have found a site built with Ambermark that violates this Policy, please tell us. Email abuse@ambermark.ai with:

• the full address (URL) of the site or page,
• which section of this Policy you believe it violates,
• what you saw — a short description, and a screenshot if you have one,
• how to reach you, if you would like a reply (you may report anonymously).

We read every report. We do not share your identity with the site owner unless the law requires us to, and we will not act on reports that are themselves being used to harass someone. Reports about copyright or trademark should go to support@ambermark.ai so they can be handled under the notice procedure in our Terms of Service. You can also reach us through our contact form.

6. Changes to this Policy

Abuse changes, so this Policy will change with it. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
